Marion was born at Brownsburg, QC. and passed away at the Lachute Residence on May 30, 2024. Survived by her devoted husband for 67 years, Bob, her son, Peter (Fran), her daughter, Janice (Daniel). Cherished grandmother to Geneviève (André), Thalia (Matt), Jesse (Jessica) Tori (Chloé),Sarah (Adam) and Jamie. Proud great-grandmother to Henry, Abby, Emmet, Hartley and Emma. She also leaves behind her sister, Clarice (Bill), and twin brother, Bruce (late Anna), her sister-in-law, Doreen Duncan Black (late Ian), her brother-in-law, Jim Duncan (Sandy).Marion was a devoted wife, mother and a friend to many people. A regular church member, a social member of the Legion, where she enjoyed playing euchre and cribbage. She also played bridge with a Local Ladies Group. Golf was on her menu every Wednesday with a group of ladies. Along with her husband Bob, she enjoyed a number of cruises and many years of vacationing in Florida.Her Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, June 9, at 2:30 pm , at the Margaret Rodger Memorial Presbyterian Church, 463, Principale St. Lachute.The members of the family, will be present at the church at 1:30 pm to receive your condolences.
